As always at this time of year, I’m beginning my annual review. I look at what happened this year and I dream of what I want to happen in the upcoming year. It’s a time of reflection and pondering, in between holiday treats. One thing I love about my business is that it’s a lot about dreams and possibilities. 10 years ago if you had told me that I’d be where I am I would have said you were crazy. And yet here I am.
