oh what a glamourous life
ah life in a boatyard. sitting around the picnic table this morning with fellow boaters listening to the woodpeckers, morning doves, and bulldozers from next door, we discuss our glamourous floating existence. talk turns to the problem of storing gasoline cans in the sun, the sun breaks down the plastic and the gas cans swell up and disintegrate. which led to a long discussion on the prevention of uv exposure and which is better: covering the cans with used t-shirts from the goodwill or men’s underwear. the knickers win.
