Sunset in the Everglades. When you think of the Everglades you probably think of alligators and airboats. The Everglades by the ocean are all mangroves and scrubby trees. The trees used to have leaves but the last hurricane blew them off and they haven’t grown back yet. Sunset in the Everglades means take a last look at the sun and then dive below and put the bug screens in the hatches. You have never seen mosquitoes quite like these ones. As my friend Bob say, “no problem, just put some chicken wire in the hatch to keep them out.”
