Lobster Dinner a la Marina Hemingway
10 lobster tails
2 limes
butter
4 cloves garlic
Clean the tails, remove the shells by snipping up both sides, pull the shells off and remove any stringy veins that appear.
Rub the tails with the cut garlic cloves.
Toss them on a hot grill.
Flip after 5 or 6 minutes. Wait another 5 minutes, put them on a plate, squeeze the limes over them. Melt the butter. Put this in front of 4 hungry sailors. Devour.
Serve with Arroz por Langosta and Cole Slaw a la Planet.
