HOME - the galley - rice - thai rice salad

 
 

           

2 cups cooked rice
2 cans crab meat, including the liquid
1 small can pineapple chunks, or 1 cup fresh pineapple
1-2 cub finely shredded cabbage
1 finely grated carrot
1 finely sliced pepper (red or green)
1 cup sprouted lentils, or mung beans, or anything sprouted
1 can water chestnuts
6 tbsp soy sauce
2 inch chunk of ginger, minced
2 cloves garlic
1 small onion finely chopped
2 limes
2 tbsp vegetable oil
2 tbsp sesame oil

Toss everything in a bowl and stir well. If you are missing an ingredient, get creative.
