Oh ice cream, you get me every time. There are days when I hear you calling from far away. Some days my biggest dilemma is should I go with a fruit based cone or a chocolate/caramel selection. Sigh. Ice cream says summer, no? Since I am always on the hunt for good ice cream last month I asked for your favourite flavour. And look what happened, I learnt about all sorts of new flavours! 

I have to agree with Susan, a good plain vanilla can be the perfect foil for summer berries. But then there’s pecan, pistachio, moose tracks and banana. You know the strangest thing? No one named chocolate as their favourite! NO ONE! I really liked how some people named a flavour they found on a trip because it’s not just the ice cream, it’s the whole experience.

Now I am going to have to take a road trip to find myself some Graeters Black Raspberry Chocolate Chip because that sounds just too amazing! (recommended by 3 people).
